Organizing and Conducting Motivational Talks, Seminars by Eminent Personalities for the students and faculty fraternity.

Preparation, Compilation, and Submission of Students and Faculty Research Project Proposals to a variety of Funding Agencies and to execute them well within deadlines.

Publications, Presentations, and Communication of the Research Outcomes to the external World.

Scholarly activities intended to expand knowledge boundaries by analysis, synthesis, and interpretation of ideas and information by making use of rigorous methodologies.

Preparation of Theoretical on-paper designs, software simulations, prototype developments, experimentations, analyses, and documentation in the form of technical reports.

Research Centre in Mathematics

Department of Mathematics was established in the year 2004. At present there are totally six experienced faculties in the department out of which two are Ph. D holders and the remaining faculties are pursuing Ph. D. Department of Mathematics is being recognized as research centre by VTU, Belagavi in the year 2011 and permission has been granted to undertake research activities under VTU. Department is well equipped with infrastructure facilities like computers, MATLAB software, printers, reference books etc.

Our department is looking forward to make valuable contribution in the field of mathematics which will facilitate the study of engineering courses.
