- Dr. Anant Joshi has secured first place in poster presentation competition on Science Day 2023
- Dr. Murgayya S.B. and Prof. R.J. Talapati have received the fund from Government of Karnataka (VGST) of worth 20 Lakhs

- KLS VDIT received best project of the year by KSCST 2022
- Dr. K S Pujar and Students are winners of Catalyse Tech Innovation challenge 2022 organized by Global center of Excellence in Affordable and Clean energy, IIT Dharwad and SELCO
- Dr. K S Pujar and Students received a fund of rupees 50,000.00 form Tata Technologies under the “Ready Engineers MSME innovation Program2022
- Miss. Abhilasha Paschapur and Miss. Prabha Humberi received a second and first prize in the national level technical paper presentation
