Objectives

Research Activities including Basic, Strategic, and Applied Research is undertaken for solving real-life problems.

Research Projects of Students at Undergraduate and Ph.D. Scholars have undertaken it as part of the curriculum or for additional enrichment.

Organizing and Conducting Motivational Talks, Seminars by Eminent Personalities for the students and faculty fraternity.

Preparation, Compilation, and Submission of Students and Faculty Research Project Proposals to a variety of Funding Agencies and to execute them well within deadlines.

Publications, Presentations, and Communication of the Research Outcomes to the external World.

Scholarly activities intended to expand knowledge boundaries by analysis, synthesis, and interpretation of ideas and information by making use of rigorous methodologies.

Preparation of  Theoretical on-paper designs, software simulations, prototype developments, experimentations, analyses, and documentation in the form of technical reports.

Research Centre in Computer Science & Engineering

The department is recognized as “Research Center” in the year 2023-24and offers Ph.D./ M.Sc.(Engg.) program by research, which is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum. The faculty members are actively involved in research activities4

Faculty members have published many research papers in their respective fields in International Journals of high impact factors and have presented a good number of papers in national / international conferences and seminars.
