The Association activities for the year 2015 – 16

  • Students of 6th semester underwent 7 days and 3 days training in Shantala Transformers, Hubli and Patil Electricals, Hubli respectively.
  • Alumni meet for all the passed out students was organized on 23rd April, 2016. Alumni members interacted with the students about present industrial scenario.
  • Students had attended the online Sci Lab Test on 15th April, 2016, conducted by IIT, Bombay in which 5 students successfully cleared the exam.
  • Volley Ball and Chess competitions were organised in college level during April, 2016.
  • Cartoon Sketching and Paper Crafting competitions were organised in college level during April, 2016.
  • Department had organised the Technical Aptitude Test on DC Machines and Transformer & Induction Machines on 17th and 24th March 2016.
  • Technical events were organised during Tech. Fest “Aavishkar-2016” between 22nd and 24th Feb., 2016. The events were namely; Tribology, Bhaago Dundo Banao and Paper Presentation.
  • 2nd year students registered for online NPTEL Course on Fundamentals of Electrical Material and Devices on 16th Feb., 2016.
  • Department had organised the online Sci Lab Workshop for pre-final year students on 9th Feb.,2016.
  • A visit to Hydro Power Plant, Ganesh Gudi was organised for Pre-final year students as a part of Industrial Trip during Jan.,2016.
  • An Aptitude Test was conducted on 2nd Nov.,2015 for the students of all branches.
